From July, as part of Radio 1's new schedule, Bobby & Nihal will be cutting it loose at the new time of 9pm on Wednesdays. Result!

Here's what Bobby & Nihal had to say about the new time slot...

Nihal: "We have been handed the most amazing opportunity to highlight the musical talent that exists within our communities. We will be messing with peoples minds as we show how Asian music is continuing to redefine the musical soundscape."

Bobby: "This is unbeleivable news, a couple of years ago, Asian music on mainstream radio was a dream, then it became reality, and only in my wildest dreams, did I think, that Asian music, would make it to a mainstream time slot. We are really excited about being able to do the show and play this music to a massively expanded base of listeners - the revolution has definitely arrived!"
